This was an awesome read, thanks again for taking the time to think, memorialize, and actually sit down and hammer this out, very helpful, especially the distinctions of regular precision, and the significance of impact/output when adding even a stride, or a run, etc. Made me look at how often I “step over” maintaining essentials and remebering that more output could have an impact on frquency. Rene, time for a book man, you’re “there”

    I appreciate this but (the beloved hypocrite saying). The tone you used as if this is the superior way to train wasn’t cool and will turn some heads. And you can make your point without negative undertones on said wrong ways to train. Otherwise this really is a well thought out article! Peace and Much love to ya!!
